These terms cover Lead Scout, a Windows program made by Turn Me Digital. By buying, installing or using it, you agree to them.
What you are buying
A license to use Lead Scout on Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). You pay once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.
Your license works on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer yourself from inside the app, or release it from our website if the old computer is no longer available.
How you get it
Once your payment is confirmed, you get two things: a link to download the installer, and a license key. Both arrive with your order confirmation and at the email address you used at checkout. The key activates Lead Scout on one computer.
If either does not reach you, check your spam folder first, then write to us from our contact page. We answer within one business day and will send them again.
What you need to supply
Lead Scout searches using your own Places API key, which you create free of charge in Google Cloud. Anything Google charges on your own account is between you and Google — we never bill you for searching. Google's free monthly allowance covers ordinary use, and Lead Scout counts every request and stops at a monthly limit you set, so it cannot run past it.
You also need an internet connection to search and to activate your license.
Your Google Cloud account
The key Lead Scout searches with belongs to your own Google Cloud account, held in your name and under Google's terms. Keeping that account in good standing, keeping the key private, and setting the limits you want on it are yours to manage.
If Google changes its prices or its free allowance, changes how the Places API works, or restricts, suspends or closes your account, that is a matter between you and Google. We do not control any of it and cannot be held responsible for it. Your refund rights below are unaffected, and we will help however we can.
Refunds
Bought through Digistore24: you have a 60-day money-back guarantee. Digistore24 is the seller of record for those orders, so a refund request goes to Digistore24 and they handle it.
Bought through Gumroad, or anywhere else: refunds follow the policy of the platform you bought from. Write to us and we will help you sort it out.
How you may use it
Use Lead Scout for your own business, or for work you do for your clients, on the computer your license is activated on.
Please do not share, resell or publish your license key or the installer, try to work around the licensing, or present Lead Scout as your own product.
How you use what you find
The details Lead Scout collects are business contact details that the businesses themselves have published. What you do with them is your responsibility. Rules on marketing email, calling and messaging differ from country to country, and you agree to follow the ones that apply to you and to the people you contact.
Keeping what you find
Lead Scout saves your results on your own computer so that you can come back to them. Google's terms do not allow listing data to be kept indefinitely, so treat what you collect as working data: keep it while you are actually working the list, and delete it once you are done.
You can remove any city from the Saved Cities tab inside the app, and you should clear out exported files the same way. Re-running a city when you next need it also gives you fresher data than an old export would.
Support and updates
Support is by email, and we answer within one business day — write to us from our contact page. We release updates when there is something worth releasing, but we do not promise a schedule.
What we do not promise
Lead Scout depends on Google's data and on other companies' websites, and both change without warning. We cannot promise that a particular business will be listed, that every website will give up an email address, or that the app will run without interruption.
Lead Scout is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, our liability for anything connected with it is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when we last did. If you carry on using Lead Scout after a change, the updated terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
