Lead generation software for local businesses: Lead Scout finds them in any city, then checks each one's own website for email, WhatsApp and what it's built on — so you know who to contact, and what to pitch them.
Every way of building a lead list by the usual routes costs you something — time, accuracy, or a bill that never stops.
Search the map, open every website, paste into a spreadsheet. Hours of work for a few dozen rows.
Businesses close, move and change numbers. A list put together months ago is full of dead ends.
Most lead tools bill you every month, whether you searched that month or not.
They get blocked, need proxies, and stop working without warning.
Every search gives you each business's listing — name, phone, address, star rating and number of reviews. Then Lead Scout visits every business's own website and reads it, so you get a list you can act on, not a raw dump you still have to research.

Plus address, city, category, the search term that found it, and when it was last updated. Some details can be blank when a business doesn't publish them.
The details Lead Scout collects are the same signals you'd look for by hand. Sort the table in the app, or filter your export in Excel, and your pitch list writes itself.
No website, or a basic site builder? That's your opening line.
A low rating or only a handful of reviews shows who's losing customers online.
See who already sends customers to WhatsApp — and who has no WhatsApp at all.
Find businesses running WordPress that could use care, speed and security work.
Contact details for every business in a trade, city by city — skipping the ones that have closed.
Stop checking fifty websites by hand to find the five worth pitching.
Contractors, dentists, restaurants, salons, law firms — whatever you're targeting, in whichever city you sell to.
Start typing a city, choose a preset or your own search terms, and check the area on the map.
It finds the matches and visits each website. Retry blocked sites in a real browser.
Fix any contact detail in the table, then download a CSV or Excel file and start reaching out.
Listings are looked up live when you search, not taken from an old list. Search a city again after 30 days and it's checked again.
Lead Scout looks businesses up through a data API with your own key — no proxies or rotating IPs to manage, and nothing to keep patched when a scraper would break.
Every search is saved in a database on your own PC, not uploaded to anyone else's cloud. Export it whenever you like.
Pay once. Search any city and any trade, for as long as you use it.
Lead Scout searches with your own API key, so there's no per-lead fee to us — and a free monthly allowance to search with.
Lead Scout is made by Turn Me Digital, a web development and digital marketing agency that builds and markets websites for local businesses — the same businesses Lead Scout finds.
Nothing more to Lead Scout. Searches run on your own Places API key from Google Cloud, which comes with a free monthly allowance of about 1,000 search requests. Google asks for a payment card when you set the key up, even if you stay within the free allowance, and Lead Scout's built-in monthly limit stops searching before you'd go past it.
Each page of results for each search term is one request, and brings back up to 20 businesses. The built-in presets have 2 search terms each, so a search usually uses 2 to 6 requests; very large cities use more, because they're split into smaller areas. The same business can turn up under more than one term, so the free allowance works out to roughly 5,000–10,000 leads a month. Opening a city you've already searched uses none.
Business listings — name, address, phone, rating and reviews — come from Google's places data, which covers more than 200 million places worldwide, looked up with your own key. Email, WhatsApp and website platform come from each business's own website.
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). There isn't a Mac version. You'll also need an internet connection to search and to activate your license.
Installing takes a couple of minutes. Creating your API key takes about 10 more, and the included guide walks through every step.
You still get the listing details. If a site blocks the automated visit or doesn't respond, you can try it again with a real browser engine, which gets past many sites that turn away ordinary visits. Blocks are often temporary, so you can retry again later too.
A license works on one computer at a time. Moving to a new PC? Unlink it from the old one inside the app, then enter the same key on the new one.
